Free UK Delivery on Every Order

Delivery is free to every UK address in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, whatever you order.

Where Your Order Ships From

We ship from two locations, depending on what you order:

• Knives and bladed products are shipped from the United States by DHL Express. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days.
• All other items are shipped from the United Kingdom. Processing and delivery takes 7–10 business days.

If your order contains both, it will arrive in separate parcels, and you will receive tracking details for each one.

No Extra Charges on Knives and Bladed Products

For knives and bladed products shipped from the US by DHL Express, all import duties, taxes and customs fees are paid by us. The price you see on our website at checkout is the total you pay, with nothing further to pay on delivery.

Shipping Rates

• All UK addresses (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland): Free.
• Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Europe: £19.99 per order.
• Rest of the World: £30.00 per order.

British Forces (BFPO) Addresses

We are unable to deliver to British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses. Please use a UK home or work address instead.

Delivery Times

• Knives and bladed products (shipped from the US by DHL Express): 3–5 business days.
• All other items (shipped from the UK): 7–10 business days, including processing.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs checks, weather or courier delays.

Age-Restricted Products

Knives and bladed products are sold to customers aged 18 or over only. Age verification is required, and where required, age will also be verified on delivery. These items cannot be delivered to unattended lockers or left in a safe place, and must be handed to an adult.

International Orders (Outside the UK)

Orders delivered outside the UK, including to the Channel Islands and Isle of Man, may be subject to customs fees, import duties and taxes charged by the destination. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Some products cannot be shipped to certain countries because of local laws.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel.

Shipping Delays and Issues

We aim to deliver on time, but delays caused by customs, weather or courier issues can occasionally occur. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@mjoutdoorsgear.co.uk.
