Returns & Refund Policy – Mjoutdoorsgear UK
You can return your item within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packagin
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Gift cards
- Personal care or hygiene-related items
- Hazardous materials or flammable substances
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if:
- The item is not in its original condition
- It is damaged or missing parts, not due to our error
- It is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund Process

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few working days.

Shipping Returns
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
- If approved for a refund, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
