Designed by woodcarvers for woodcarvers, Flexcut features flexible blade shafts with razor sharp cutting edges to give woodcarvers maximum control over each cut. Shipping & refund

Returns & Refund Policy – Mjoutdoorsgear UK

You can return your item within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packagin
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards
  • Personal care or hygiene-related items
  • Hazardous materials or flammable substances

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if:

  • The item is not in its original condition
  • It is damaged or missing parts, not due to our error
  • It is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Shipping Returns
