Returns & Refund Policy – Mjoutdoorsgear UK

You can return your item within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packagin
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Gift cards
• Personal care or hygiene-related items
• Hazardous materials or flammable substances

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if:

• The item is not in its original condition
• It is damaged or missing parts, not due to our error
• It is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

1. Check your bank account
2. Contact your card provider (processing times may vary)
3. Then contact your bank

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Returns

• Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
• If approved for a refund, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

For items over £50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your return.
