Before placing an order, please make sure the blade length is under 8 inches. We have discontinued knives with blades over 8 inches and are manually reviewing our entire catalogue to remove these listings. A few may still be live in the meantime, but every order is checked before dispatch, and any order for these items will be cancelled and not shipped.

5 1/4" overall. 7/8" ultra-thin high carbon steel curved blade offers a clean slicing action similar to a skew, for the lowest resistance when fine cutting is required. The point is narrowed for a tight turning radius. Smaller design wood handle is faceted with multiple control points to allow it to be held in a variety of comfortable positions. Hang packaged.
